Ralph Emmet Rogers, 71 of North East, MD, died Wednesday, March 3, 2021.
Born in Charleston, WV, on January 19, 1950, he was the son of the late Virgil and Winogene (Paxton) Rogers.
Ralph retired from General Motors, where he worked as a fabricator. He served in the Army Reserves.
He loved to sing and was a member of the choir at Wilmington Church of God.
Survivors include two daughters: Charlotte A. Moretz and Jennifer Sexton both of Elkton, VA; one sister: Brenda McElroy of Elesmere, DE; five grandchildren; one great granddaughter and another on the way.
