Pauline D. Ross

Pauline D. Ross, 66 of Port Deposit, MD, died Wednesday, January 26, 2011 in the Harford Memorial Hospital, Havre de Grace, MD. Born in Colora, MD, on September 13, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Wiley and the late Sallie Shaw Perry. Mrs. Ross was the beloved wife of Carl Ross of Port Deposit, MD. She was a Bus Assistant on Bus #47 for special needs children for 10 years and volunteered for N.E.L.L for 25 years. She also volunteered at Tabitha's Pantry. In addition to her loving husband, survivors include her children: William Ross and his wife Debra of North East, MD, Dale Ross and his wife Patty of Elkton, MD and Betty Brewer and her husband Roger of Conowingo, MD; 2 brothers: Dennis and Donald Perry; her grandchildren: Dustin Ross, Cory Ross, Rocky Brewer, Sallie Brewer, Zach Ross, Austin Ross, Alysa Ross and 3 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by 2 grandsons: Hunter and Jacob Ross. Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 30, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Charlestown Missionary Baptist Church, 1168 West Old Philadelphia Road, Charlestown, MD, where visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday afternoon, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM. Interment will follow services in Union Cemetery, Elkton, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Tabitha's Pantry, in care of the church.
