Patty (Osborne) Church

Patty Church, 89 of North East, MD, died Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Grundy, WV, on August 21, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Artemas and the late Polly (Mullens) Osborne.  She was the wife of the late Vernon Church, Sr.

She enjoyed quilting, gardening and canning.

Mrs. Church is survived by her children: Vernon Church, Jr. of North East, MD, Shirley Mackey of Rising Sun, MD,  Billy Church of Rising Sun, MD,  Sue Stanton of Elkton, MD,  Lonnie Church of North East, MD and Joyce Speck of North East, MD; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by a daughter: Lorraine Nowland.

Funeral service will be held Monday, November 12, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM before services.

Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
