Patricia Gail (Charles) Welch

Patricia Gail Welch, 44 of Rising Sun, MD, died Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Bel Air Health and Rehab, Bel Air, MD.

She was born in Elkton, MD, on February 15, 1970.

Patricia retired from Bayside Community Network, Elkton, MD, where she worked as a counselor.  She enjoyed collecting angels.

Survivors include her husband of 24 years: Michael Welch; her father: Franklin Charles of Elkton, MD; sister: Bobbie Gandy and husband Martin of Elkton, MD; best friend:  Marie Cruz of Bear, DE; 2 nephews: Austin and Matthew Gandy of Elkton, MD; and her maternal grandmother: Gladys Atkins of Hinton, WV.

She was preceded in death by her mother: Shirley (Frye) Charles.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 2, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am until service time.

Interment will immediately follow services in Hopewell Cemetery, Port Deposit, MD.
