Patricia Ann (Frey) Stepler

Patricia Ann Stepler, 87 of Elkton, MD, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at home.

Born in York, PA, on September 2, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Isabelle Frey.  She was the wife of the late Donald Roy Stepler, Sr. who passed May 14, 2009.

Patricia enjoyed shopping, going out to eat and her beloved cat, Heidi.

She is survived by a son: Donald R. Stepler, Jr. (Pamela) of Elkton, MD; grandson: Josh Stepler; step grandchildren: “The Bender Bunch”, Trisha, Rusty, Jim Jim; step grandchildren: Mary Anne Gustafson, Eleanore Gustafson, Shane Gustafson; and great granddaughter: Ava.

In addition to her husband and parents, Patricia was also preceded by a son: Mark Stepler; and Peggy Lou Stepler Bender.

Memorial service will be held Sunday, December 17, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm.

Private interment will be in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, in care of the funeral home.
