Pamela J. (Kyte) Maxwell

Pamela J. Maxwell, 52 of Rising Sun, MD, passed away Friday, December 22, 2017.

Born in Elkton, MD, on August 23, 1965, she was the daughter of the late John W. Kyte, Sr. and Mary Lee (Reynolds) Kyte.

Pam loved the outdoors.  She enjoyed camping trips with her kids and grandkids.  She also enjoyed going out dancing with her daughter and listening to her sing karaoke.  My mother is my HERO! She was stronger, braver, more loving and caring than anyone else I have ever met.

She is survived by her daughter: Tosha Hitchner and granddaughter: Sierra Albert.

Pam was an amazing strong, beautiful and loving mother of 3 children: Tosha Hitchner, 35, James Maxwell III, 33, and David Maxwell, 31.  She also had 3 siblings: David Kyte, the late Mike Kyte, Kathy Hines; and 13 grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her fiancé: Michael Smith.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD.
