Mrs. Frankie (Tunk) Louise Hanchey Cavenaugh age 90 died Thursday, December 17, 2009 at Golden Care Rest Home in Wallace, NC.
She is survived by two sons, Andy B. Cavenaugh and wife Ava, James M. Cavenaugh and wife Judy, both of Wallace; one daughter, Jeannie Williams and husband Tim of Rose Hill; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; one brother, Horace F. Hanchey, Sr., of Wallace.
A native of Duplin County, Mrs. Cavenaugh is the daughter of the late Collie Fitzhugh Hanchey and Lula Bell (Dollie) Rouse Hanchey and attended the Bethel Wesleyan Church. She is preceded in death by her husband R. C. Cavenaugh; three sisters, Lorea Hanchey Toler, Eloise Hanchey Eagle, Jean Elizabeth Hanchey; two brothers, Rodney Hanchey, Sr., Ray Hanchey; and one grandchild, Zachary Cavenaugh.
Casket Bearers will be Henry Cavenaugh, Troy Williams, Rod Hanchey, Dana Hanchey, Bo Hanchey and Michael Price.
