Norma G. Huntzberry

Norma G. Huntzberry peacefully went home to the Lord on Friday, September 23rd, 2011. Norma was 85 years old, born May 25, 1926 in Franklin, MA. She lived in Franklin until she met her husband of 49 years, Paul. Together they chose to settle down and raise their family in North East, MD; 47 years ago. Norma was a wonderful and caring woman who worked many years as an in home nurse. On her time off Norma join the ladies auxiliary at North East Fire Company & eventually became a lifetime member. She enjoyed helping others, bowling a few times a week, playing with her grandchildren and spending quality time with her friends and family. Norma is survived by her loving husband Paul of 49 years. Her children William C. Delfino & wife, Angelina, Robert Delfino & wife, Doreen, Paula Job, and Amber Shiflett & husband, Ronald; two sisters: Vi Piere & husband, Levi and Bea Parker; mother in law, Thelma Huntzberry. Last but certainly not least her pug dog, Lilly. Norma was sadly predeceased by her two sons, Bryant Huntzberry, and Ronald Delfino, her daughter Donna Fenn, grandson, Cameron Shiflett & her younger brother Ralph Hastings. Friends may call Monday, September 26, 2011 from 6:00PM until 8:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. Funeral service conducted by Rev. Burt Jicha will be held Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at 10:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A. Interment will be in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the funeral home to help with expenses.
