Minnie O. (Tennant) Mcdilda

Minnie O. McDilda, 74 of Elkton, MD, died Tuesday, September 1, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Morgantown, WV, on May 4, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Dale Tennant and Helen (Moore) Varner.  She was the wife of the late Kenneth E. McDilda, Sr.

She was a homemaker and a member of Wesley United Methodist Church.

Survived by two sons: Kenneth E. McDilda, Jr of Elkton, MD, and Bryan H. McDilda of North East, MD; two brothers: Kevin "Buck" Tennant and Kenny Ralph Tennant; 3 granddaughters: Kristie Combs, Delaney McDilda, and Stephanie McDilda; 2 grandsons: Dylan McDilda and Jason Baldwin; 5 great granddaughters: Makayla Hamby; Adriana Baldwin, Layla Nicodemus, Breanna Nicodemus and Amber McRae; and 2 great-grandsons Trenton Combs and Cameron Baldwin.

In addition to her husband and parents she is predeceased by her daughter: Nola Jane McDilda; sister: Irene Nichols; and brothers: Dale Tennant and Sonny Tennant.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm

Interment will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery.
