Mildred Carol (Dowdy) Tyndall

Mildred Carol Tyndall, 75 of Conowingo, MD, passed away Friday, April 14, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Union, WV, on April 9, 1942, she was the daughter of the late John Buford and Juanita Otella (McDonald) Dowdy.

Milly had strong faith in Jesus and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She adored her beloved dog, Buster.  She also enjoyed reading her Bible.

Survivors include her children: Ron Meadows (Natasha) of Dundalk, MD, Mike Tyndall of Aberdeen, MD, Steve Tyndall (Jennifer) of Elkton, MD and Donna Ingerson (Gary) of Conowingo, MD; 3 siblings: Lorraine Polk-Miller of FL, Barry Dowdy of Middle River, MD, Joan Strandquist of New Freedom, PA; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Milly was preceded in death by a son: George Meadows; 2 sisters: Betty and Jean; and a brother: Billy.

Funeral service, conducted by her grandson, Pastor Josh Brown will be held Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where visitation will be held on Monday evening, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

Interment will follow services in Bay View Cemetery, North East, MD.
