Mike W. Perkel

Mike W. Perkel, 69, of North East, MD, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at home.

Born in Nampa, ID, on September 20, 1949, he was the son of the late Verl Woodrow and Nora Maureen (Turner) Perkel.

Mike worked as an auto mechanic and farmer.

He enjoyed putting together jigsaw puzzles, fishing and was quite the jokester.

Survivors include his loving wife: Sandra Perkel; daughter: Becky Rader of Maryville, MO; sister: Carolyn May Draper of Milton Freewater, OR; and 3 grandchildren: Draven, Aleesia and Lucien Rader with another granddaughter on the way.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded by 3 siblings: Noreen, Mary Ann and Murton Perkel.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am until service.

Interment will follow in Hart's United Methodist Cemetery, Elk Neck, MD.
