Michel Andre Carter
Born in Havre de Grace, MD, on July 6, 1958, he was the son of the late Bertha Delaplaine (McKinney) Carter. Mike treasured his childhood relationship with his beloved grandfather, the late Willard McKinney.
Over the years, Mike worked for Cameron’s Texaco, Robbie’s Garage and Diamond Ice, among many other local businesses.
He enjoyed spending his time working with the North East VFW and at the firehouse.
Survivors include his sister: Marsha D. Carter and brother: Matheu J. Carter both of North East, MD.
Funeral service will be held Friday, June 12, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm until service time.
Interment will follow in St. Mary Anne's Cemetery, North East, MD.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the North East Fire Company, in care of the funeral home.
