Michael Anthony Taylor, 25 of North East, MD, died Friday, December 10, 2010. He was born in Christiana, DE, on April 9, 1985. He worked as an Appliance Repairman, for Vandervort Appliance and Refrigeration, Charlestown, MD. He enjoyed fishing, shooting and air soft war games. Survivors include his mother: Patricia A. Taylor of North East, MD; his father: Steve Vandervort of Charlestown, MD: siblings: Katrina Vandervort, Reese Vandervort, Mason Taylor, Anthony M. Sassi, Candy Sassi, Tammy L. Sassi and Tonya Sassi; his children: Ahote Gabriel Taylor and Alona Katherine Taylor; maternal grandparents, John and Roberta Taylor and paternal grandmother, Carolyn Vandervort. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Mary Browne will be held Thursday, December 16, 2010 at 7:00 PM at St. John's United Methodist Church, 240 Market Street, Charlestown, MD, where visitation for family and friends will begin at 5:00 PM. Interment will be private.
