Michael Arthur Mckinney

Michael Arthur McKinney, 62 of Elkton, MD, passed away Friday, April 27, 2018.

A lifelong resident of North East who recently moved to Elkton, he was born on August 13, 1955, the son of the late Arthur R. and Helen Opal (Fields) McKinney.

Prior to his retirement, Michael worked as a Brew Master at Irishtown Brewing Co.   This was a job he greatly enjoyed.  He also enjoyed music.

Survivors include his wife: Carol (Balbach) McKinney; three daughters: Dianna H. Griffith of Elkton, MD, Valerie McKinney and Amy DiReda both of Newark, DE; his brother: Wayne McKinney of Concord, CA; and two grandchildren

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like help with medical expenses.  Checks may be made payable to Carol McKinney and mailed to the funeral home.
