Born in Elkton, MD, on June 28, 1956, he was the son of Lorraine (Moore) England and the late David Worth England.
He was a Quality Inspector, employed by A T K in Elkton, MD
Mr. England was a member of Shelemiah United Methodist Church, Bay View, MD.
Survived by his wife: Paula G. (Ratliff) England; two daughters: Heather L. England and fiancé Declan Moore, Baltimore, MD and Ashley M. England and companion Michael Cahill, North East, MD; Brothers: Bruce A. England and wife Barbara of Elkton, MD and Curtis B. England and wife Carol of North East, MD.
Funeral service will be held Monday, January 12, 2015 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where there will be a visitation on Sunday afternoon from 4:00 to 6:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to JDRF in care of Crouch Funeral Home, PA, 127 S. Main St., North East, MD 21901.
Interment will follow services in Friends Cemetery, Calvert, MD
