Mary Jean Reeves

Mary Jean Reeves, went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 8, 2017 with her loving family by her side.

Born in Sprague, WV, on October 6, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Clyde R. and Myrtle (Cook) Saunders.

She is survived by her children: Jeanie Connor of North East, MD, Donna Cebula of Elkton, MD, Dee Cooper of Clearwater, FL, Mark Reeves of North East, MD, Robin DeSmith of Elkton, MD and Gilbert “Vernie” Reeves of North East, MD; three sisters: Martha, Betty and Helen; five brothers: David, Kenneth, Charles, Virgil and Harold; thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband: James H. Reeves; a son: Frederick Reeves; and her siblings: Johnny, William and Virginia.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm until service.

Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, Elkton, MD.
