Mary Alice Gonce
Born in Elkton, MD, on December 21, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Earl and the late Florence (Pryor) Gonce.
Prior to her retirement, Mary had worked for a total of 44 years as a nurse in Labor & Delivery at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center and Harford Memorial Hospital.
She enjoyed playing bingo, going to casinos to try her luck; loved visiting with her nursing friends; and was a member of Hart’s UM Church, North East, MD.
Survivors include her companion: Lucian Junto of Perryville, MD; a sister: Ida Bonsall of Elkton, MD; a half-brother: James T. Gonce of Fountain Hill, AZ; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday evening, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
Interment will be private.
