Marsha D. (Dubois) Demond
Born in Wasseon, OH, on February 16, 1942, she was the daughter of the late John L. and the late Martha (Rothenberger) DuBois.
Marsha retired from the Cecil County Activity Center where she worked as an Instructor. She enjoyed antiquing and gardening, especially her flowers. Most of all she loved her family and the time they spent together. Her grandchildren were the light of her life.
She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years: J. Gregory DeMond; their 2 children: J. Michael DeMond and his wife Megan of North East, MD and Amy DeMond Feltman and her husband David of Timonium, MD; her sister: Deniece Shimrak and her husband John of Paoli, PA; 3 grandchildren: Ben Feltman, Campbell Feltman and Connor Foley; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to UHCC Foundation or Upper Bay Museum, both in care of the funeral home.
