Mark Scott Jackson, Sr.

Mark Scott Jackson, Sr., 39 of North East, MD, died suddenly on Saturday, September 5, 2020.

He was born in Mount Holly, NJ, on February 24, 1981.

Mark worked for R & R Rebar.  He enjoyed football and was a die-hard Eagles fan.  He also liked fishing.  Most of all he loved spending time with his children.

He is survived by his children: Auston, Kirstyn, Mark S. Jr., Aidan and Graceyn Jackson; his mother and stepfather: Karen (Cann) and Mark Gilbert of North East, MD; one brother: Matthew Jackson; half-brother: Timmy Mitchum; maternal grandmother: Nancy Cann of NJ; paternal grandparents: Jerry & Dorothy Jackson of Milford, DE; paternal grandmother: Mary Mullins of Elkton, MD; and many nieces and nephews.

Mark was preceded in death by his father: Jerry Mitchell Jackson, Jr.; a brother: Luke Mitchell Jackson; stepbrother: Joseph Gilbert; paternal grandfather: Amos Mullins; maternal grandfather: James Cann, Sr.; and nephew: Mattie Jackson.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. Funeral services will begin at 7:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the funeral home to help with expenses.
