Marie Elizabeth (Perry) Dunford

Marie Elizabeth Dunford, 74 of Aberdeen, MD, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017 in the Calvert Manor Healthcare Center, Rising Sun, MD.

Born in Havre de Grace, MD, on May 24, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Thomas W. and Irene (Porter) Perry.

She is survived by one daughter: Linda Houseman (Vernon) of Rising Sun, MD; one brother: Robert Perry (Alice) of Havre de Grace, MD; a sister: Betty Keiper of Hazelton, PA; a grandson: Shayne Linzy of Rising Sun, MD; and her best friend: Janet Barrow of Aberdeen, MD.

In addition to her parents, Marie was also preceded in death by her husband: Roy Lee “Hillbilly” Dunford; a brother: Thomas Perry; and her granddaughter: Danyel Nicole Linzy.

Graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 10:00 am at Rose Bank Cemetery, 328 Smith Road, Rising Sun, MD.
