Margaretta (Marge) (Brice) Speer

Margaretta (Marge) Brice Speer, 97, of North East, MD, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2023 at Caraway Manor (II), Elkton, MD.

Born in Ocean City, NJ, on February 18, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Carlton Clark and Amie (Stiles) Brice. She was the wife of the late Andrew William Speer, Sr.

Margaretta enjoyed painting and sewing quilts. Most of all she loved taking care of her family.

She is survived by her children: Kate Barefoot (Dennis) and Amie Speer, both of North East, MD, Andrew Speer, Jr. (Diane) of Polson, MT and Lynn Orndorf (Stephen) of North East, MD; grandchildren: Conor McAleer (Jeong), Cynthia Adams (Greg), Karen Wallace (Jason); and great grandchildren: Crystal McAleer, Tristan Adams, Onyx Adams and Karson Wallace.
