Mabel (Conrad) England

Mabel Conrad England, 95 of Sebring, FL, formerly of North East, MD passed away Monday, February 6th.

Born in Colora, MD, on June 2, 1927, she was the daughter of the late William A. and Bertha (Astle) Conrad.  She was the wife of Albert A. England who passed October 12, 2020.

She was a Secretary and Accounting Technician, working at various locations including Aberdeen Proving Ground, Perry Point and Camp Lejeune. Mabel enjoyed singing, reading, crocheting, bowling and traveling.

She is survived by her two sisters-in-law: Carole Anne Conrad of Wyoming and Lorraine England of North East, MD and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents Mabel was preceded in death by her brothers: Melvin, Leonard and William Conrad.

Funeral service will be held Friday, February 17, 2023 at 10:30 am at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD with visitation beginning at 10:00 am.

Interment will follow services in Friends Cemetery, Calvert, MD.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army, Sebring Florida in care of the funeral home.
