Louise Anna Franklin, 89 of North East, MD, died Sunday, October 31, 2004 in the Union Hospital Of Cecil County, Elkton, MD.Born in Hockessin, DE, on May 2, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Matteo and the late Immaculata Creta Saccone.She was a homemaker and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for the VFW Post in Elkton, MD.Mrs. Franklin was the wife of the late William J Franklin, Sr., who died in 1982. She is survived by her children, William J Franklin, Jr, Elkton, MD, Charlotte Louise Wiles and husband, W Howard, Centreville, VA, and Janet Marie Bowe and husband, James, Elkton, MD;her sister, Lena Romanek;12 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren; and she is also survived by her friend and companion, William E Emmell, North East, MD. She was the sister of the late Angie Pugh, Alice Hall, Madaline McGuirk, Lucy Meekins, Anne D'onofrio, Mary Mangini, Joseph Saccone, Samuel Saccone, Frank Yacabell, and Louis Yacabell.
