Loretta Marie Pheasant

Loretta Marie Pheasant, 64 of Elkton, MD, died Wednesday, October 4, 2006 in the University Of Maryland Center, Baltimore, MD. Born in Herndon, WV, on October 29, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Harold and the late Oma Lee Yates Karnes. She enjoyed playing bingo, going to Delaware Park, travel and spending time with her family. She was an Assembly Line worker for Terumo Medical Corp. where she retired in 2004 after 24 years of service. Survived by her husband of 47 years, Jerry R. Pheasant, Sr., Elkton, MD. Also daughter Beverly Henley and her husband Charlie of San Antonio, TX and one son: Jerry Pheasant, Jr. of Elkton, MD. One sister: Lois Shatley of Nottingham, PA and two brothers: James Karnes of North East, MD and Davie Karnes of Bull Gap, TN. Also 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Funeral service will be held Monday, October 9, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where family and friends may call from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Rev.
