Lois M (Mckaee) Macomber

Lois M. Macomber, 87 of Elkton, MD, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2024 in the Abbey Manor Assisted Living, Elkton, MD.

Born in WV, on April 15, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Walter William and Esta Leona (White) McKaee. She was the wife of the late Otis R. Macomber, Jr. who passed November 9, 2012.

Prior to her retirement, Lois was a nurse at Perry Point VA Medical Center.  She enjoyed boating in her spare time.

She is survived by two sons: Steve Macomber of Earleville, MD and Mike Macomber of Bel Air, MD; grandchildren: Robert Macomber, Zachary Macomber, Kendall Abrecht, Karley Nawrocki; and great grandchildren: Easton and Emersyn Abrecht, Lily and Lyla Macomber and Graham Nawrocki.

In addition to her husband and parents, Lois was also preceded in death by her granddaughter: Angie Macomber.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am.

Entombment will follow in Harford Memorial Gardens, Aberdeen, MD.
