Lisa Mary Carroll, 53, of Oxford, Pennsylvania, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

Born on March 9, 1973, in Elkton, Maryland, Lisa was the beloved daughter of Barbara Weaver. Lisa was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend whose life centered around the people she loved most.

Lisa had a warm and caring spirit and a way of making those around her feel welcomed and loved. She treasured her family deeply and found her greatest happiness in the time they shared together. Whether through a kind word, a familiar smile, or simply being there when someone needed her, Lisa gave of herself with a genuine heart. The love she had for her family was evident in all that she did, and becoming a grandmother brought another very special joy to her life.

Lisa also valued friendship and community. During her time at West Chester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, she became an active part of the community and proudly served as Vice President of the Resident Council. She enjoyed connecting with those around her, forming friendships, and helping make a difference in the lives of her fellow residents.

Lisa is lovingly survived by her husband, Richard Carroll, Jr.; her children, Joey Bugey, Courtney Carroll, Sarah Carroll, and Zachary Carroll; her mother, Barbara Weaver; and her cherished granddaughter, Leilani. She also leaves behind extended family and dear friends who will forever carry memories of Lisa close to their hearts.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with funeral services beginning at 11:00 a.m. The Rev. Robert Hall will officiate. Interment will follow at Hart’s Cemetery.

Though her time with those she loved was far too short, Lisa leaves behind something lasting—the love she gave, the relationships she treasured, and countless memories that will continue to bring comfort in the days ahead. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
