Linda L (Gamble) Ingerson

Linda L. Ingerson, 76 of Rising Sun, MD, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2024.

Born in Elkton, MD, on October 11, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Dorothy (Lum) Gamble.  She was the wife of the late Lloyd R. Ingerson, Sr. who passed December 12, 2012.

She was a loving mother who provided her family with a strong foundation that included a wonderful home, strong work ethic and integrity.

She enjoyed gardening, cooking for her family and getting together for lunch with her high school alumni.  Most of all she loved the time spent with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Linda retired from McDaniel Yacht Basin, North East, MD, where she worked in administration.

Survivors include two sons: Lloyd R. Ingerson, Jr. (Linda) and Gary N. Ingerson (Donna); six grandchildren: Joshua Brown, Lindsay Trinks, Megan Kammerer, Kyle Ingerson, Hannah Ingerson, Lloyd R. Ingerson, III; six great grandchildren; and her siblings: Marietta Beal, Shirley Hawkins and Ronald Gamble.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am.

Interment will follow in Bay View Cemetery, North East, MD.
