Survivors include a brother: Johnie Raines (Robin); sister: Falena Raines; and nieces and nephews: Robert Johnie Small, Tiffany Small, Johnie Travis Raines, Erin Buskel, Amy Bowels, Khalial Lewis, William Fortune and Patrick Whalen.
Funeral service will be held Monday, November 9, 2020 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning one hour before.
Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
