Krista Yulee Wanger

Krista Yulee Wanger, 49 of Perryville, MD, passed away Monday, September 28, 2015.

Born in Lancaster, PA, on December 20, 1965, she was the daughter of the late Chester N. Wanger Jr, and the late Mavis (Neumann) Wanger.

Krista was a homemaker who loved her family, animals, flowers, beaches, Kid Rock, Elvis, and helping people in any way she could. She cherished her dog, Muggy and her pet chicken, Elvis.

Krista is survived her Companion of 12 years Jeffrey L. Giffin of Perryville, MD. Two daughters: Ashley R. Gerhart and Tiffany L. Duke of Lancaster, PA and son: Brett P. Duke of Perryville, MD. Sisters: Angela L. Wardrop of Elizabethtown, PA, Lisa S. Wanger of Lancaster, PA, and Stacey L. Fisher of Ephrata, PA. Stepsons: James Giffin of Perryville, MD and Jerry Giffin of Hagerstown, MD. Grand Children: James Giffin Jr, C.J. Giffin, Destiny Giffin, and Summer Giffin and a niece, Majena Wardrop.

There will be a viewing held Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 1:00 pm followed by a 2:00pm service at Crouch Funeral Home 127 South Main Street, North East, MD.

Private Interment will be in Conestoga Memorial Park, Lancaster, PA at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in c/o the funeral home.
