Kimberly Faye (Smythe) Hunt
A lifelong resident of Cecil County, she was born in Elkton, MD., on November 13, 1959.
Prior to her retirement, Kimberly was a manager and supervisor at the Chesapeake House, Delaware House, and Maryland House on Interstate 95.
She loved the Philadelphia Eagles, jewelry, peace signs, reading, and the color purple.
Survivors include 2 sons: Larry E. Hunt, Jr. and his wife, Kathleen Hunt of Perryville, MD. and Corey M. Hunt and his fiancée Ashley Blakely of Rising Sun, MD.: her parents; Roger "Pete" Smythe and Albertha (Meekins) Smythe, of North East, MD.; 5 sisters: Pamela Ray and her husband Jack of Aberdeen, MD., Janelle Smythe of Parsons, KS., Pixie Smythe-Maes and her husband Brandon of North East, MD., Wendy Tippett and her husband Tom of Rising Sun, MD. and Terri Greer and her husband Jeff of North East, MD. and a brother Nathaniel Smythe and his wife Jessica of BelAir, MD. and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Kimberly had 5 grandchildren, who she loved and adored along with her children. Her grandchildren are Mya Hunt, Noah Hunt, Jaxson Hunt, Christopher Hunt and MaKenna Hunt.
Kim was preceded in death by a son; Christopher Michael Hunt; a sister: Tracy Lorraine Smythe, and a grandson: Christopher William Hunt.
Memorial services conducted by Rev. Phil Meekins will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 11:00am. Crouch Funeral Home, PA. 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where the family will receive guests beginning at 10:00am, service at 11:00am.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations can be made to The March of Dimes, Relay For Life, or The University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
