Katie is survived by her husband: Jose Leon; children: Ava and Dominic Leon; mother: Stephanie (Heverin) Bishop; father: Robert Vernon; siblings: Carey Jo, Brittany and Timothy Bishop; maternal grandmother: Mary Heverin; paternal grandparents: Ron and Phyllis Vernon; step sisters: Marinda, Haley; and step brother: Cody.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD.
