Katie Davidson Cooper, 89 of Rising Sun, MD, died Sunday, November 19, 2006 in the Calvert Manor Healthcare Center, Rising Sun, MD. Born in Wytheville, VA, on March 9, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Grover Cleveland and the late Laura Safewright Davidson. She was the wife of the late James R. Cooper. She was a Seamstress and a homemaker. Mrs. Cooper was a member of First Baptist Church Of North East, North East, MD and Rebecca
