Born in DE, on January 6, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Elliott and the late Anna Mae Wiley.
Mrs. Pecci was a retired Nurse.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Karen Tracy Bamford and husband David of North East, MD and Linda Middleton of Dover, DE; and 2 granddaughters: Kathy Anne Stevens and Linde Middleton.
She was preceded in death by a grandson: Michael Pereira.
Graveside services, conducted by Rev. Karen Bunnell will be held Monday, November 19, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Bridgeville Cemetery, 304 S. Main St., Bridgeville, DE.
