Karen Loretta Mayberry

Karen Loretta Mayberry, 46 of North East, MD, died Sunday, December 14, 2008 in the Union Hospital of Cecil County, Elkton, MD. Born in Jennersville, PA, on February 1, 1962, she was the daughter of Louise Allen Burgess of Rising Sun, MD and the late Clarence Burgess. Mrs. Mayberry was the beloved wife of Earl Mayberry of North East, MD. She was a member of Bay City Ministries, Havre de Grace, MD. In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by two daughters: Tammy Howell of Havre de Grace, MD, Melessia Howell of Edgewood, MD; stepson, Matthew Mayberry of Havre de Grace, MD; Stepdaughter, Ola Clem of Elkton, MD; one sister: Tammy Gary of Elkton, MD; three brothers: Steve Burgess of Shawnee, OH, Terry Burgess of East Carbon, UT, Jeff Burgess of Crooksville, OH; and 4 grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Thursday, December 18, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation for family and friends beginning at 1:00 PM. Rev. Roger Eastridge will officiate. Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
