Junior Cleveland Reed

Junior Cleveland Reed, 76 of Elkton, MD, died Monday, November 8, 2010. Born in VA, on August 26, 1934, he was the son of the late Henry Cleveland and the late Cora Nellie Blankenship Reed. He served our country during the Korean War in the Air Force. He was self-employed, working as a carpenter. He enjoyed reading, especially the Bible. He enjoyed ice cream, people, guitars and music. He loved children, was stubborn but very much enjoyed life. Survivors include his children: Beverly Burchett of Charlestown, MD, Kathy Pierce of Elkton, MD, Jack Culver of NC, Cheryl Montgomery of North East, MD, Dorothy Strickland of GA, Nathan Reed of Dover, DE and Rita Burchett of North East, MD; many grandchildren and other family members. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation for family and friends beginning at 1:00 PM.
