Juna Leah (Thomas) Holland

Juna Leah Holland, 82 of North East, MD, died Friday, October 18, 2013 at home.

Born in WV, on January 12, 1931, she was the daughter of the late James and the late Glenneth Opal (Noel) Thomas.

Mrs. Holland retired from C & P Telephone and Verizon where she worked as a Service Observer.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of North East and enjoyed traveling.

Survivors include her son: Noel C. Thompson and his wife Pim of North East, MD; daughter-in-law: Marie Holland of New Castle, DE; 3 sisters: Glenda Cole, Wanda Marker and Mary Frances Arnold; and 2 granddaughters: Ashley and Amber Holland.

She was preceded in death by a son: James Todd Holland who died May 29, 2013.

Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Dr. Stephen D. Hokuf  will be held Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where the family will receive guest beginning at 10:00 AM.

Interment will follow in Angel Hill Cemetery, Havre de Grace, MD.
