Julie Ann Baldwin

Julie Ann Baldwin, of Elkton, MD, passed away peacefully Saturday, September 26, 2009 at home surrounded by her loving family. A lifelong resident of Cecil County, she was born in Elkton. Julie was a Technical Information Specialist, employed by Aberdeen Proving Ground. She had a strong devotion to her family, a loving wife, mother and daughter. Survivors include her loving husband: Dennis M. Baldwin; her twin sons: Ryan and Robert Baldwin; her parents: John and Wanda Levredge; and her brother: Jerry Levredge and his wife Michelle, all of Elkton, MD. She was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Baldwin; and her grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Clarence M. Levredge, and Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Dean. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Cheryl Snyder will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Union U.M. Church, 440 Union Church Road, Elkton, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM.
