She was born in Havre de Grace, MD, on June 16, 1949.
Judy worked in the State of Maryland Comptroller’s office. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post 135, Perryville, MD.
She is survived by her loving husband: Scott Wilson; two sons: Paul S. Wilson, Jr. and William Michael Wilson all of North East, MD; her father: Ralph Sumpter of Perryville, MD; two grandchildren: Ashlynn S. Wilson and Trenton M. Wilson both of North East, MD; four brothers: William L. Sumpter (Paula), Gary Sumpter and Joseph Sumpter (April) all of Perryville, MD; and Phillip Sumpter (Toni) of Kennett Square, PA; 3 nephews and 1 niece.
She was preceded in death by her mother: Helen (Morrison) Sumpter..
Memorial services will be held Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at 1:00 pm at American Legion Post 135, Perryville, MD.
