A lifelong resident of Cecil County, she was born in Elkton on August 12, 1951.
Joyce retired from Chrysler after 23 years of service in 2006. She was a member of the Ladies Aux. of VFW Post 6027. She enjoyed playing bingo.
Survivors include her daughter: Dawn Letts of Valley Lee, MD; mother: Violet ‘Margie’ (Dill) McKinney of Elkton, MD; brother: Joseph McKinney of Charlestown, MD; granddaughter, Crisha Martin of Elkton, MD; 2 nieces: Kimberly and Rose; and her great nieces and nephew: Kaylee, Keira, Natalie and Liam.
Joyce was preceded in death by her father: Thomas Andrew McKinney; her first husband: Harold Letts and her second husband: James H. Martin.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 12:00 Noon until service time.
Interment will follow services in Cherry Hill Cemetery, Elkton, MD.
