Joyce Arlene Elmer

Joyce "Judy" Arlene Elmer, 77 of North East, MD, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022.

A lifelong resident of Cecil County, she was born in Elkton, on September 22, 1944, the daughter of the late John B. Sr. and Ethel (Ward) Elmer.

Judy worked at the Bata Shoe Factory and the Maryland Manor Motel, North East, MD. She was a member of the Elkton Church of the Nazarene, Elkton, MD.

She is survived by her brother: Douglas Elmer of Pahrump, NV.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her brothers: John B., Jr. and Earl Scott "Bobby" Elmer and sister: Dorothy Elmer.

Funeral service, conducted by Rev. Greg Halsey will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am.

Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD
