Joyce Ann Cecil

Joyce Ann Cecil, age 63, of North East, Maryland, passed away Monday, May 24, 2004, at Laurelwood Care Center, Elkton, Maryland. Born in North East, Maryland, on April 1, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Everett McCall and Beulah Reynolds McCall. She was a lifelong resident of Cecil County. She had worked at RMR in Elkton, drove a school bus, and was a homemaker for most of her years. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, spending time at her home, and in her yard, and dearly loved her grandchildren. Survivors include her daughters, Cindy L. Willis, and Sheila A. Bartow, both of North East, Maryland; sister, Kitty Settlemyre, Elkton, Maryland; brother, Everett McCall, North East, Maryland; and 7 grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John McCall, who died in 1966. Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 29, 2004, at the Church of God, North East, Maryland, where family and friends are invited to call 10:30 AM, prior to the services at the church. The Rev. Ralph Massie will officiate. Interment will be in North East Methodist Cemetery.
