Josephine Virginia Walker

Josephine Virginia Barton Harris Walker, 75 of Perryville, MD, died Friday, June 11, 2010 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Cecil County on March 17, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Rufus E. Barton and the late Illa Mae Wiggins Hard. She was the wife of the late Jerry J. Walker who died April 5, 2010. She enjoyed sewing and scrapbooking, kept track of every relative and friends her entire life, loved to write letters and enjoyed photos of everyone she knew. Survivors include four daughters: Barb Vanderhoef of Little Britian, PA, Patricia Barajas of Ontario, CA, Shirley White of Rising Sun, MD, Brenda Harris of Port Deposit, MD; her siblings: Bill Divadio, Betty Divadio and Mary Divadio Ray; 16 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, 1 niece and 4 nephews.
