He was born in Baltimore, MD, on February 12, 1982.
Joseph was a self-employed graphic designer. He enjoyed Oakley Sunglasses. He loved Olde English Bulldogges, especially their own 2, Georgia and Oakley.
Survivors include his loving wife: Jennifer Lyn Miller LaRoue of Colora, MD; his mother: Linda Stein of Colora, MD; in laws: Norma Miller and Alexis Hernandez of Lancaster, PA; grandparents: Theresa Jane ‘Granny’ and Mr. Frank Kowalczyk, and Shirley “Mom-Mom” Miller; aunts: Jean Lam and Laura Hamer; cousins: Nikole Schwartz, Kristen Schroeder, Kandice Schroeder, Kevin Hamer and Ari Schwartz.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 26, 2014, at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.
Interment will follow in West Nottingham Cemetery, Colora, MD.
