Joseph A. Lantieri, Jr.
Born in Baltimore, MD, on February 8, 1942, he was the son of the late Joseph A. Lantieri, Sr. and the late Miriam Audrey (McKinney) Lantieri.
He served in the Army Reserves from 1963 to 1966 thereafter retired with the federal government as an analyst.
Mr. Lantieri had many joys in life, but his passion was his family. He always had a twinkle in his eye, kind words and loved giving hugs and kisses.
Survivors include loving wife: Janet Lantieri of Elkton, MD; 5 sons: Tom Lantieri, Steven Lantieri, Dr. William Venanzi, Jr. of OH, Charles Venanzi and Eric Venanzi; 1 daughter: Dawn Milam; and 14 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 3, 2012 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM & 7:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD with a memorial service beginning promptly at 8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Rising Sun Little League or Well of Hope at Harford Community Church, both in care of the funeral home.
