Jordan Leigh Wingo

Jordan Leigh Wingo, 21 of Elkton, MD, died suddenly Monday, May 17, 2010 at Union Hospital of Cecil County, Elkton, MD. Born in Christiana, DE, on June 13, 1988, she was the daughter of Michael and Kathleen Knies Lyon of Elkton, MD. She was a graduate of North East High School Class of 2006. She was currently attending college pursuing a degree. She was known as a very kind person and for her love of her pets and all animals. Jordan will be deeply missed by her family and friends after being with us such a very short time. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother: Jacob Lyon and her sister: Averie Lyon both at home; paternal grandparents, Linda and Clifford Lyon of Elkton, MD; maternal grandparents, Pat and Gary Dolor of North East, MD; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, John G. Knies. Public visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday evening, May 20, 2010 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. Private funeral services and interment will be held on Friday, May 21, 2010. No flowers please.
