Jonah Otelsberg Goodwin

Jonah Otelsberg Goodwin, born Warsaw Poland 1932, survived Holocaust in Russia, returned to Poland 1945, moved to Israel 1950. Budget Director, City of Tel Aviv; moved to US 1962, worked as a researcher while earning a Ph.D at City University of New York, taught at York College, CUNY 1979 – 1996, chair, Department of Marketing and Finance, Fulbright Scholar to the Soviet Union 1990-91, resided in Cecil County since 1993. Survived by husband Peter Goodwin; brother Jerry Otelsberg; nephews, Michael and Eliot and niece, Dina. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations to US Holocaust Memorial Museum or Chesapeake Bay Foundation, in care of Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD 21901.
