John F. Cleary
A lifelong resident of Cecil County, he was born in Elkton on May 22, 1958, the son of the late Paul and the late Mattie Cleary.
John worked at Abgar Lumber for 14 years. He liked John Deere tractors and his pickup truck. Most of all, he loved spending his time with his family especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife: Anita Mae (Barton) Cleary; 3 daughters: Angie Mackeprang and husband Mark, Jennifer Miller and husband Earl, Joni Birney and husband Elwood; 5 grandchildren: Jessica, Breanna, Melody, Sarah and Andrew; 3 brothers: J.B. Cleary, Roy J. Cleary, James W. Cleary and 1 sister: Janie May.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister: Pauline Werner and a brother: Ervin Cleary.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Interment will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
