Born in Elkton, MD, on May 23, 1984, he was a lifelong resident of Cecil County, MD. He was a carpenter for Charles Construction, Middletown, DE. Joey is survived by his parents, Joey Craig, Sr., and Robin Frock Grove, Rising Sun, MD, siblings, Brandy, Amanda, Catriena and Nicholas Grove, all of Rising Sun, MD, maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Grace Frock, North East, MD, paternal grandfather and step-grandmother, Franklin Sr., and Mabel Grove, Kenton, DE, aunts and uncles, Brenda and Gary Huber, Newark, DE, Franklin, Jr., and Beth Grove, Rising Sun, MD, Brian, Sr., and Tammy Grove, and Kevin Grove, Sr., all of North East, MD, Lisa Grove, Elkton, MD, David Graham, Jr., Hartly, DE and Larry, Sr., and Bonita Taylor, Charlestown, MD, aunts, Wendy, Christin and Tonya Frock, and several cousins. Joey was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Roberta Olive Graham, who died in 1976. Funeral services were held 11:00 AM, Monday, December 1, 2003, at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. A viewing was held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Sunday, November 30, 2003, at the funeral home. Rev. Beverly Lewis of St. John's United Methodist Church, Charlestown, MD, officiated. Interment followed services in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
