Jo Ann (Mcmullen) Howell

Jo Ann Howell, 59 of Aberdeen, MD, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017 at home.

Born in MD, on September 23, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Verna (Westmoreland) McMullen.  She was the wife of the late Roger W. Howell who passed February 5, 2007.

Jo Ann loved her family and especially enjoyed her grandchildren.

She is survived by two daughters: Crystal Waddell of Aberdeen, MD and Tammy Waddell of New Castle, DE; and her 2 grandchildren: Bryan and Quinton Bell.

Funeral service will be held Friday, May 26, 2017 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am until service.

Interment will follow in Brookview Cemetery, Rising Sun, MD.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to help with expenses to the funeral home.
