Jeremy enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his children.

Survivors include his wife: Robyn Blackburn-Ellingsworth; his children: Anthony Foran, Emma, Izabelle and Ulysses Ellingsworth, all at home; Parents: Raymond Jr. and Susan Ellingsworth, of North East, MD; and two brothers: Raymond III and Jason Ellingsworth, both of Elkton, MD.
